ServiceNow - Submit a ticket to HITS


Instructions

Michigan Medicine Help Center:

  • Navigate to http://michmed.service-now.com/sp
  • Opening a ticket to HITS requires you to be logged in
    • Click Log in, and enter your Level-1 or Level-2 password
    • Users off campus will be required to use DUO to complete login
  • Select Information Technology -> Submit a Ticket
    • Describe the issue, providing as much detail as possible
    • Complete the rest of the form fields.
    • Click on the paperclip icon to add an attachment, if desired.
    • Click Submit to send your issue to HITS for assistance.

Navigate to solutions

Use the search bar to find self-help articles for the most commonly asked questions.  Or take a look around the Service Catalog to request something that you need.  There are hundreds of catalog items, so recommend you use the search toolbar.
