Training through Qualtrics XM Basecamp

Qualtrics also offers on-demand training, regularly scheduled webinars, and individual client training sessions through XM Basecamp.

1. Access Qualtrics XM Basecamp using the following link: https://basecamp.qualtrics.com
2. On the Basecamp site, in the upper right corner of the window, click the LOGIN button.
3. On the Qualtrics login screen, do not fill in the fields. Instead, under the fields, click the Sign in with SSO link.
4. On the next screen, for the Organization ID, use: umichumhs
5. Click the Continue button.
6. If you do not have an active session, your browser window will be redirected to the U-M login screen. Log in with your uniqname and UMICH (Level-1) credentials.
7. After authenticating, your browser window will reload to display the "Welcome to XM Basecamp" screen.

While there is no formal course on Qualtrics at the University, Human Resource Development does offer a Basics of Survey Design class.
